Russell Rothstein
Managing Director
Russell has been an owner and manager in the mortgage origination business in the mid-Atlantic area for over 25 years. After spending most of his career at Charter One Bank and its predecessor companies, in 2000 Russell founded Beacon Mortgage, as a division of a Washington, D.C. area community bank. Beacon Mortgage was eventually acquired by American Home Bank, following which Russell oversaw its entry into the Reverse Mortgage business as American Home Bank Reverse, a full FHA Direct Endorsement underwriter and funder.
Michael Drayne
Managing Director
Before joining American Home Bank to help develop its reverse mortgage lending platform, Michael spent 18 years at Chevy Chase Bank, FSB, including 10 years as its director of Secondary Marketing where he had primary responsibility for mortgage product development, risk management, investor relationships, and capital markets transactions. He has been integral to the development of American Home Bank's reverse mortgage partnership programs.
Mark Burton
Director of Community Lending Services
Mark is a 27 year veteran of the mortgage industry, after having begun his career in the banking industry in New England. He spent 16 years at Fannie Mae in marketing, credit policy, and product development, working closely with financial institutions of all sizes and strategies. Subsequently, he was a founding officer of Everbank Reverse Mortgage, now the reverse mortgage division of MetLife, and joined American Home Bank to help community lenders enter and become successful in the reverse mortgage market.
